Givers gain; it is that simple. When we offer our resources without expectations, we plant a seed that will take root in others lives as well as our own. The root system eventually intertwines with the earth, holding the soil containing life’s critical nutrients in place. The soil sustains life itself and promotes our stability even in the most inclement weather. — Mark Maxon

What Do You Believe?

A BELIEF IS JUST …
… a thought you keep thinking.

And as you keep thinking it, images arise in your mind and your subconscious holds onto them and accepts them as true.

Bingo: A belief is born — and you generally don’t really know why you believe it at all.

Or sometimes even THAT you believe it.

But those beliefs — conscious or subconscious — are constantly creating and ruling both our actions and our RESULTS.

  • I believe you’ve got something there!

  • Beliefs are better than wondering around aimlessly not bothering to determine anything. Beliefs are only intended to guide us into light, truth, and knowledge through experience. Once we have the experience to live we no longer need the concept or words that got us there. Once we get the truth of where the belief has led us to we no longer need the belief.

Do we say – I believe the sun will rise tomorrow or do we live as if we expect it too knowing that it will (barring a meteor knocking us out of orbit)(and of course one day the sun will go supernova and burn the earth to a cinder block but it won’t be tomorrow) ;)

Beliefs are replaced with light and truth and experience. Beliefs are replaced with a knowing.
